Cup Profile
A round, creamy body and clean sweetness serves as a canvas for delicious and comforting notes of hazelnut, caramel, and chocolate. Spend some time with this coffee as it cools and it reveals delicate but discernible fruit notes reminiscent of Blackberry and Red Apple. Overall, this is an immensely enjoyable and extremely drinkable cup of coffee, sustainably grown in excellent terroir.
The Roast
A true medium roast by our standards, we are looking to develop the sugars and body in this coffee for sweetness and texture, while avoiding any sour or bitter flavors from under or over roasting. If you are a fan of medium-roast coffees, you're going to love Flor del Cafe!
